Sales contract activity in 2014

Finally, sales activity picked up in late-March and April, after a worryingly slow start to the year. Some of these have quickly closed in April.

With some additional new contracts  in May (not show here), it is expected that another ten properties will close before the unofficial vacation season begins in mid-June, of which seven will be in the mid-sector (priced between $1.5 and $3m.)
