Most sales in the first half of 2014 were fast. Newly listed houses that were recently built on large lots (half an acre or more) were quickly snapped up, especially if they had that design magazine look.
There were three new-construction sales, all west of Kirby Drive and north of San Felipe. The market price for these has been in the low $4 million range, although one sold for more than $5 million due to special circumstances.
